ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE AND MOBILITY WARRANTY
Roadside assistance up to the amount of 1.500,00 HRK (approx. 200.- EUR)
- service of repair or identifying the cause of breakdown of the vehicle on the road. In case the damage is not possible to repair, towing the vehicle to the nearest service upon choice of HAK-USLUGE, where that's possible, will be secured.
Towing of the vehicle damaged in car accident up to the amount of 1.500,00 HRK (approx. 200.- EUR)
- towing the damaged vehicle to the nearest competent service upon the choice of HAK-USLUGE.
Vehicle storage up to the amount of 75,00 HRK per day and at longest for three days (approx. 10.- EUR a day)
- storage in fenced area up to three days, in case that the service doesn't work in the moment of vehicle immobilization (nights, weekends, holidays).
Replacement vehicle 600,00 HRK per day at longest for three days (approx. 80.- EUR a day)
- organization of replacement vehicle in case that the vehicle damage cannot be repaired at the same day it appeared.
Accommodation 600,00 HRK per person for all passengers in the vehicle for maximally one night (approx. 80.- EUR per person)
- organization of accommodation for the driver and all passengers in the vehicle, under condition that the vehicle damage cannot be repaired at the same day it appeared and that the service replacement vehicle is not available (for ex. at nights).
Travel continuation 262,50 HRK per person for all passengers in the vehicle (approx. 35.- EUR per person)
- organization of travel continuation to the final destination by means of public transportation (bus/train/ship) for the driver and all passengers in the vehicle, if the damage cannot be repaired at the same day it appeared and that the service replacement vehicle is not available.
Vehicle status check without limit
- providing the information about vehicle status in the service on request of the user. The information has to be requested by call center, under condition that the vehicle was transported to the service in organization of HAK-USLUGE.
Remark: the service REPLACEMENT VEHICLE, ACCOMMODATION AND TRAVEL CONTINUATION cannot be combined and by using of one of the mentioned services, the user loses the right for using the other two services.
CLAIMS HANDLING ASSISTANCE AFTER TRAFFIC ACCIDENTS
Damage inspection + supplement damage inspection up to the amount of 2.250,00 HRK (approx. 300.- EUR)
- the inspection of the vehicle damaged in traffic accident, listing and photographing of appeared damages, preparation of calculation of repair costs. The service includes also supplement damage inspection in case that until vehicle repair or vehicle disassembly appears additional damages, but only at the same place on which the first inspection was made.
Claims consulting up to the amount of 600,00 HRK (approx. 80.- EUR)
- basic consulting regarding necessary procedure and documentation so that the user/vehicle owner could require damage compensation for the vehicle damage to the insurer, or correspondent of the insurer, of the insured vehicle for whose driver it is presumed (based on existing documentation) that he is responsible for appearance of the traffic accident or towards third legal entity for whom it is presumed to be responsible for appeared damage.
Representation in the process of claims compensation up to the amount of 3.750,00 HRK (approx. 500.- EUR)
- representing the User – only vehicle owner by ODINA Assistance Ltd. in the process of claims compensation for vehicle damage from the insurer of the vehicle with which the damage was caused, or his correspondent in Croatia. The representation will be based on special signed agreement and signed special power of attorney for representation.
Acquisition of official documentation up to the amount of 937,50 HRK (approx. 125.- EUR)
- ODINA Assistance Ltd. acquire, on request of the user, official documentation regarding the accident in which the user's vehicle was damaged (police records, magistrate decision etc.).
Translation of official documents up to the amount of 1.500,00 HRK (approx. 200.- EUR)
- Translation of official documents for the purpose of claims compensation for the vehicle damage.
All cover limits of each service include VAT, which, according to Croatian law, amounts 25%
Each service from the package can be used once, apart from the service Call center and Vehicle status check which can be used unlimited.
Coverage time of the mentioned services is limited to one stay in Republic of Croatia lasting mostly 30 days.
Coverage lasts from the date of application by activation of package until applied expiry.
